Dr. Pramela Nair Panthallor is the Director of Alumni Relations at Monarch Business School Switzerland and has her Ph.D. in Business Research. Her doctoral thesis on “Operational Sustainability in the Mining Industry” is a Management book (available on Amazon), published by Springer Nature Publications. She has published other articles in the higher education sector and is constantly intrigued by the current teaching methodologies and research conducted in this field. She has more than 10 years of experience in the higher education sector in various international locations. Dr. Panthallor is passionate about teaching, believes in life-long learning, and is seeking to collaborate with other researchers in conducting further research in the education sector.
