Heather Henderson is the Director of the Master of Education in Leadership programs in Canada. She holds her Ed.D. in Leadership from City University of Seattle. Prior to working with City University, Dr. Henderson served in a variety of educational leadership positions from teacher, vice-principal, principal, superintendent of curriculum and instruction, interim director of education/assistant director, assistant superintendent, and deputy superintendent throughout the three provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. She has also worked within a not-for-profit organization that supports young immigrants and their families as they travel their journey to Canadian life.
